I haven’t been posting so much of it but I have been shooting for my Trade Series “The Runaways.” It has been a very interesting portrait study I’ve had fun getting to know people and make some art that is not completely focused on perfection and beauty….making what I am getting a lot more important and interesting to me.
The Runaways is an anonymous series with plans of no full faces being shown…but…some of the pictures are coming out so oddly beautiful that I can’t yet bring myself to scribble over them.
We pulled it off!!!! Kaori Nik and I wrapped up our 3 separate extraterrestrial shoots just in time to have them printed (24x36!), framed, and ready to be auctioned off at the ProFixx Pigment Launch! BTS from the shoot and event up on facebook. Which do you think is my favorite and which is yours?
why are you so amazing =) ?
Thanks buddy, as long as other people are involved I can’t take all the credit. And I still have a long way I want to go before I think I am amazing.
anonymous asked: Do you ever photograph more than one person?
Working with more than one model in the same shot can be very difficult, you need to make sure that they are evenly balanced and able to carry the same message at the same time. Almost like dancers, they need to have equal strength.
Still hope to shoot these two together sometime
